Brusnika opened a bakery-café in the Symbol residential complex in eastern Moscow
In the Symbol residential complex in eastern Moscow, a new bakery-café called Brusnika has opened. This is the 24th location of the network in the city.

The café is primarily aimed at local residents. It«s convenient to stop by in the morning for breakfast, pick up a ready-made lunch during the day, and spend time in a calm setting in the evening. Efforts were made to create a cozy atmosphere: soft warm lighting, designer furniture, and chandeliers in deep burgundy and muted blue tones.

The menu features familiar home-style food: rassolnik (pickle soup), olivier (Russian salad), pirozhki (stuffed buns), eggplant rolls, and duck pilaf. Prices are indicated per 100 grams. The café also prepares hot breakfasts, fresh pastries, brews coffee, and offers signature cakes.

The space is family-oriented — it«s comfortable to come with children or gather in a group.

Brusnika is located at 9 Kruzenshtern Street, near Aviamotornaya metro station.
