Make delicious yogurt pancakes for a slim waistline

If you want to treat yourself in the morning without harming your figure, light and fluffy pancakes with berry sauce are perfect for this.

Tender and Airy Yogurt Pancakes
What you«ll need for preparation:
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
• 200 ml natural yogurt
• 6–7 tbsp flour (wheat or rice)
• 1 heaped tsp baking powder
For the sauce:
• a handful of any berries
• 1 tsp honey or sugar
Beat the egg with sugar until light foam forms. Then add yogurt and baking powder, after which gradually add flour — the dough consistency should resemble thick sour cream. Fry the pancakes in a pan with a lid on both sides until golden brown.
While your fluffy pancakes are frying, you can prepare the sauce. For it, place the berries in a saucepan and if necessary, add a little water. Then for light sweetness, add honey or sugar and heat until slightly thickened.
Serve the pancakes with warm berry sauce — it will be delicious and homey.
