Kurgan to Host Dumpling Day Festival

Famous restaurateur Maxim Muravsky will tell Kurgan residents how to turn ordinary dumplings into an Italian cuisine dish. He will hold a special masterclass for International Dumpling Day at the central market on Saturday, January 31 at 12:00.

Maxim Muravsky told 45.RU correspondent that he will share culinary life hacks as part of the «Dumpling Day» festival, which will be held at the central market. Kurgan residents will also be able to taste dumplings from different producers and choose the tastiest ones.

«This year, we will try dumplings from the Trans-Urals, as well as from neighboring republics — Belarusian and Kazakh. Guests from Kazakhstan are specially coming to our festival,» noted Muravsky.

At the festival, Kurgan residents can also expect an entertainment program with humorous competitions and quizzes. Admission is free.
