Perm stars join 'show yourself in 2016' trend with throwback photos

A new photo trend is gaining popularity on the internet. Users across Russia are posting their 2016 photos and discussing how they have changed over 10 years. We decided to jump on this trend and looked on Instagram* to see how stars from Perm have changed over 10 years. We show you too.

We start with Perm actress Katerina Shpitsa. She recently turned 40, but judging by the 2016 photo, she hasn«t changed much. By the way, the actress recently announced she is pregnant.

Another Perm actress, Marina Fedunkiv, known for her role as Kolya«s mom in the series »Real Boys« (16+), has only changed her hair color and style of clothing. And in the ten years since 2016, she managed to get married and become a mother.

Another star of «Real Boys» (16+), Zoya Berber, remains as beautiful as she was in 2016—she only cut her bangs, which she recently posted about. The actress is now vacationing somewhere in the south.

We also didn«t miss the stars of Perm sports. Figure skater Tatyana Totmyanina continues to smile just as brightly as ten years ago. The first photo, by the way, was taken on the day of her wedding to figure skater Alexei Yagudin. Recently, the couple came to Perm for a performance.

«Real Boy» Vladimir Selivanov, also known as Vavan, hasn«t changed much over ten years either. Only, perhaps, his beard has become thicker.

And supermodel from Perm Natasha Poly has clearly become more mature. But she certainly doesn«t look her 40 years.

Actress Svetlana Permyakova was recently in Magnitogorsk, where she took the second photo, noting that while a snowstorm was raging in Moscow, she had sunny weather. To the first photo in 2016, Svetlana added a more philosophical caption.

«The world makes way for those who know where they are going,» the actress wrote. «Only forward! To new goals and heights!»

Andrei Shirmann, better known as DJ Smash, seems to look younger instead. There is no trace of the forehead wrinkles left.

Maxim Trankov, a figure skater from Perm, has changed his hair color several times over ten years—now it is lightened to platinum blond. Noticeable gray has appeared in his stubble. In the second photo, Maxim is standing with his wife Tatyana Volosozhar and figure skaters Maxim Kovtun and Maurice Kvitelashvili. The figure skaters were preparing to perform in an ice show.
