Perm Engineer Wins Car in Lottery, Has Only Told Close Friends

The car prize was won by a Perm resident through a lottery draw rather than a television game show.
An engineer from the Perm Krai region has won a car in the Rolf autolottery, according to the press service of the National Lottery. The man had never participated in such draws before.
Maxim (his surname and the car brand are not disclosed by the lottery organizers) bought a lootbox in the app—a set of tickets from different lotteries.
«One of the tickets brought a small cash prize in the lottery draw. And the ticket also got a second chance,» says Maxim.
It was precisely the redraw for tickets that did not win within a year that brought the coveted prize to the Perm resident. The winner had never participated in lotteries before, according to the National Lottery’s press service. When he saw the message about the win, he did not believe it at first.
«So far, only Maxim’s close friends know about the big win,» note the press service of the lottery organizer. «The winner himself plans to get a driver’s license to use the car.»
Earlier we reported on an editorial experiment: for a whole week, we bought lottery tickets, trying to win a larger amount.
