‘Built for his family’: Actor Alexander Petrov reveals business in Yaroslavl Region

Actor Alexander Petrov has revealed details of his business in his hometown of Pereslavl-Zalessky in Yaroslavl Region. Since 2017, the film star has been running the Petrov Avenue hotel house. As it turns out, his family is now involved in this venture.

«The primary goal was selfish — to have a place to come to in Pereslavl, to my guest house. You have a restaurant there, they serve food, a sauna is prepared. It»s not far from the lake, and there are fantastic spots,« Petrov noted.

According to Petrov, his sister Katya had to leave her job as a manager and take over the hotel. The actor himself was actively involved in the business during the construction phase.

«I came up with everything myself: I assembled a team and organized the process. All the drawings on the walls are also my idea. I found an excellent chef from Moscow who completely set up the restaurant operation at the hotel. Then I thought: what kind of cinema hotel is this without a cinema hall? We started adding all that. I wanted to create a truly cool and awesome place,» the actor said.

The film actor noted that over the years of operation, the hotel has already paid for itself. However, he does not receive revenue from the business — everything belongs to the family.

According to data from the service «Yandex Travel,» the hotel house has a rating of 5 points based on 924 reviews. Room rental prices start from 6,000 rubles (approx. $60) and go up to 15,000 rubles (approx. $150) at current rates.

The business is registered under individual entrepreneur Yekaterina Bobrova. According to «Kontur.Focus,» online cash registers recorded revenue of 866,367 rubles (approx. $8,700 at current rates) for 2025.
