Annual ROSAFEST Sports-Music Festival Begins in Sochi Mountains
With the onset of the skiing season, Sochi«s major festivals have moved to the mountains. From January 24 to February 1, 2026, the 11th annual sports-music festival ROSAFEST x SPB will be held at the Rosa Khutor mountain resort. Organizers expect over 10,000 participants.
On the opening day, January 24, an extensive concert program is planned:

In the following days, in addition to music and entertainment, sports events will take place. The Krasnodar Krai Parallel Slalom Championship is planned. Besides official starts for professional athletes, open competitions for amateurs will be organized.
On January 26, freestyle competitions on the jump will be held with the support of the Olympic Committee. In total, during the festival period, at least 5 competitions for amateurs will take place.
On January 28 at 15:00, «Choir for the Whole Courtyard» will be held. This project aims to allow every participant to reveal their musical talent. All willing participants will be able to sing under the guidance of choir artists.
Another highlight will be the traditional mass descent at dawn. For this, a track with perfect morning «corduroy» will be specially prepared. Participants will begin the descent while the entire resort is still sleeping.
Moreover, every day at the festival, a free service for skiers will be available. Waxing, edge sharpening, and binding adjustments for equipment can be obtained for a donation of any amount via a QR code for SBP.
Also, specifically for the festival, a snow park will be prepared at an altitude of 1350 meters (approx. 4429 ft). Here, participants can get free master classes from the country«s top riders.
