Now, to continue education in 10th-11th grade, a child must undergo individual selection based on the results of OGE specialized subjects, converted to a 100-point system. Every primary OGE score can be decisive for admission to 10th grade.
Several days ago, official information about the admission campaign for 10th grade specialized classes in Yekaterinburg was released. It has already been published on the City OGE Portal, the creators of which will also speak at the City-Wide Parent Meeting on February 8, 2026.
The City OGE Portal allows for selecting schools by districts and neighborhoods, specializations, required OGE subjects, school status: whether it is in the top 20 best schools of Sverdlovsk Oblast, if it is a gymnasium/lyceum or just a comprehensive school, and provides the option to choose specialized classes without individual selection.
Based on the search results, cards of specialized classes matching the selected parameters open up, including links to the school«s website, where the admission rules for these classes are specified. Schools in Yekaterinburg are gradually beginning to update the rules and deadlines for enrollment in their specialized 10th grade classes for the 2026/2027 academic year.
