A video shot in one of the schools in Surgut is circulating on social media. It shows a pupil kicking a girl, and then another boy throwing a heavy backpack in her face. The bullying takes place in front of other schoolchildren, who do not intervene.
A crowd of other schoolchildren watches the incident with interest, without intervening.

In the comments under the video, users write that this is not the first time: the girl is systematically bullied. The footage has already drawn the interest of the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor«s office.
«A procedural check has been organized for signs of crimes under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Hooliganism) and Article 293 (Negligence). During the check, a legal assessment will be given not only to the actions of the teenagers but also to the actions (or inaction) of the educational institution»s officials,« the Investigative Committee reported.
Earlier we reported that a woman from Surgut accidentally witnessed the ambiguous methods used to raise her three-year-old daughter in kindergarten. The mother managed to record the incident on video.
