Ufa woman on trial for murder with dismemberment

In Ufa, a 35-year-old local woman will appear before the court, accused of murder committed with particular cruelty. This was reported by the republic«s prosecutor»s office — the deputy prosecutor has already approved the indictment in the case.

Everything happened in December 2024 in a house on V. Lesunov Street. Investigators believe that the woman, along with her new lover, went to her former cohabitant«s apartment to retrieve her belongings. On the way, they were joined by a random passerby who offered help.

In the apartment, a conflict arose between the participants. According to the department«s information, the quarrel quickly escalated into a fight — the trio consisting of the apartment owner, the new acquaintance, and the woman beat the victim with their hands and feet, and also used a rolling pin and a knife. The blows were aimed at the head and body, and moreover, they compressed his neck with their feet. The victim died on the spot from the injuries sustained.

In order to hide the traces of the crime, the couple decided to dismember the body and pack it into bags. The remains were taken to a forest area near the house.

The accused did not admit her guilt; criminal cases against other accomplices have been separated into separate proceedings. The woman is charged with clauses «d» and «zh» of part 2 of article 105 of the Russian Criminal Code — murder committed with particular cruelty by a group of persons in a preliminary conspiracy. For this, imprisonment from 8 to 20 years, or even life imprisonment, is provided.
