Migrant convicted for intimacy with abducted schoolgirl; father claimed virginity

The Kalininsky District Court of Chelyabinsk handed down a sentence to 24-year-old migrant Begzod Enosov. He will spend the next year and a half in a settlement colony — he was found guilty under two criminal articles: 134 — sexual intercourse and other sexual acts with a person under the age of 16, and 135 — lewd acts. In addition, Begzod will have to pay 500,000 rubles (about $5,600 at current rates) in moral compensation to the victim.

Initially, the Uzbek citizen was arrested for the abduction of a 14-year-old schoolgirl in Yekaterinburg. Vika went missing on June 8, she did not return home and stopped answering calls. Her parents turned to the police and volunteers. With the help of billing data, they were able to determine her location. The schoolgirl and her lover were found in the Chelyabinsk region.

It turned out that she was taken to another region by a 24-year-old migrant who lived next door. Vika told her parents that they lived in a rented apartment where she cooked for two, and that they were in love.

«The schoolgirl claimed there was no sex, and that she went with the guy voluntarily, and no one abducted her. And he — the fool — admitted everything himself, at the initial stages he confirmed that he had an intimate relationship with the girl. Moreover, it didn»t matter whether it was traditional sex or not. The expert could not determine if she was a virgin. But used contraceptives were found in the apartment,« an E1.RU source explained.

Earlier, the schoolgirl«s father stated that the migrant took advantage of his daughter»s naivety. The parents did not believe that their feelings were mutual. According to her dad, after returning home, the daughter spends almost all her time in her room. She only goes outside to walk the dog. The parents took her for a forensic medical examination. According to the girl«s father, the doctors confirmed that her relationship with the migrant was only platonic.
