The Novomoskovsk magistrate«s court reviewed 35 administrative cases against local resident Danchenko N.R., who has a prior criminal record and is under administrative supervision.
As established by the court, back in March 2025, the Kireyevsky District Court prohibited the man from leaving his residence at night—from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. However, from December 2025 to January 2026, he systematically violated this restriction.
Over a month and a half, police recorded 35 instances of him leaving home during the prohibited hours. For each incident, a separate protocol was drawn up.
In court, Danchenko N.R. fully admitted his guilt. Following the review of all cases, the magistrate found him guilty in each episode and imposed an administrative arrest of 10 days for each violation. However, the sentences are not to be served consecutively.
