Tyumen's Yuzhny Market Prepared for Demolition

The Yuzhny Market, located on Chaplin Street in Tyumen, is planned to be completely demolished. Information about the upcoming demolition came from local traders who have already received the relevant notices.

According to the stated deadlines, stalls on the premises must be removed by the end of March, and the main market building by the end of April.
One of the entrepreneurs, who previously worked at the Chervishevsky Market, commented on the situation:
According to the administration, the deadline for demolishing the stalls on the street is by the end of March, and for the market building itself by the end of April. To be honest, this was an expected decision; as an entrepreneur, I«m not in shock. I moved here from the Chervishevsky Market. I am waiting and hoping for an offer from the owner or manager of the market or the city administration to move to other markets or shopping centers to work.
From published photos, it is clear that one of the buildings on the premises was deemed an unauthorized construction. Its owner was given only two days for self-demolition.
If the requirement is not met, the object will be forcibly liquidated, and all associated costs will be recovered from the owner.
The Tyumen city administration has not yet provided official comments regarding the demolition of the Yuzhny Market.
