Popular Cheburek Chain in Krasnoyarsk Put Up for Sale
In Krasnoyarsk, cheburek shops «CheburekMi» have been put up for sale — according to ads, both the network and its individual outlets.
For 1.5 million rubles (about $16,100 at current rates) they are selling a branch on Molokova Street with an area of 20 square meters, and for 2.5 million rubles (about $26,800) — one on Sosnovskogo Street with 52 square meters. The stated revenue and profit for the first are 400,000 rubles (about $4,300) and 190,000 rubles (about $2,000), expenses are 100,000 rubles (about $1,100). For the second outlet respectively: 550,000 rubles (about $5,900), 210,000 rubles (about $2,200), and 125,000 rubles (about $1,300).
The ads clarify that the branches are being sold due to a tax reform, which from 2026 increases VAT and lowers the threshold for its payment. The low price was explained by urgency by the author — his name is Yevgeny.
In addition, Yevgeny put up for sale the entire «CheburekMi» network for 40 million rubles (about $428,000 at current rates). This ad has no details. Over the phone, Yevgeny told the correspondent that it is a «test» ad and declined to explain further.
The «CheburekMi» network was created in Novosibirsk. On the network«s website it says that in Krasnoyarsk, the franchise has been developed since 2020 by Yevgeny and Margarita Kurashi. How many outlets they have in the city currently is not specified. There are 19 outlets in the city in total.
In September 2025, readers of NGS24.RU chose «CheburekMi» as the best cheburek shop in the city in a public rating. Online maps show that in Krasnoyarsk there are almost 150 places that sell chebureki: «Buyan», «Lepim i varim» («We Mold and Boil»), «Dze», «Baran i biser» («Ram and Beads»), Maroon, and others.
