The heirs of the well-known Chelyabinsk entrepreneur Artur Nikitin, who died in August 2023, have begun court proceedings to divide his assets. The disputes concern hundreds of millions of rubles and include demands for payment of a share in the business and challenges to major transactions.

On 30 December 2025, Artem Nikitin filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region. He demanded to recover 159.3 million rubles (approximately $1.6 million at current rates) from the company «Stroysvyazural 1», thus valuing his share in the charter capital. The court left the application without motion, setting a deadline for correcting deficiencies until 12 February 2026.

After the New Year holidays, another son, Oskar Nikitin-Parker, acting through a legal representative, applied to the court. His lawsuit aims to invalidate the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of participants of Stroysvyazural 1 LLC dated 7 June 2024, as well as four loan agreements totaling 122.3 million rubles (approximately $1.2 million at current rates). The funds were issued to other co-owners:

  • Artur Nikitin — 75 million rubles (approximately $750,000 at current rates);
  • Artem Nikitin — 30 million rubles (approximately $300,000 at current rates);
  • Anastasia Nikitina — 15 million rubles (approximately $150,000 at current rates);
  • Ksenia Kiyasheva — 2.3 million rubles (approximately $23,000 at current rates).

The plaintiff demands that the borrowers be compelled to return the money to the company. This lawsuit was also left without motion; the deadline for correcting deficiencies expires on 19 February 2026.

Stroysvyazural 1 LLC was one of the key companies in Artur Nikitin«s construction business. Until 17 April 2023, the main owner was the entrepreneur himself. After his death, ownership passed to his three children and the daughter of his business partner. According to current data, the shares are held by: Artur Nikitin (Jr.) — 58.64%, Anastasia Nikitina — 12.37%, Elizaveta Nikitina — 3.19%, Ksenia Kiyasheva — 1.06%. Since 6 May 2025, the company»s director has been Igor Bulatov. At the end of 2024, the company«s revenue was 99 million rubles (approximately $990,000 at current rates) with a net loss of 48 million rubles (approximately $480,000 at current rates). Artem Nikitin previously owned a share in the company and held the position of director, but currently is not listed among its founders.

Artur Nikitin was a prominent figure in the business life of Chelyabinsk at the turn of the 1990s-2000s. He built several large shopping complexes, including «Sinegorye», «KS», «Nikitinsky», and «KUBA», was among the wealthiest citizens, and served as a deputy in the city council for several years. In 2014, due to debts, he sold the KS shopping complex and part of the departments in «Nikitinsky».
