Legendary Perm nightclub Rhythm put up for sale after 27 years
In Perm, the legendary nightclub «Rhythm», which has been operating for 27 years, is up for sale. We found out why.
An advertisement for the sale of the «Rhythm» club at 114 Kosmonavtov Highway has appeared on a classifieds website. The asking price is 5 million 550 thousand rubles (about $55,500 at current rates).
«The club has existed for 27 years and has long been a legendary place,» the seller told 59.RU. «The owner decided to sell the established business as he wants to engage in another venture himself.»
As the seller explained to the editorial board, the last renovation in the club was in December 2024 — all equipment and interiors are now new.
The premises cover an area of 357 square meters, with 140 seats in the main hall and 20 in the banquet hall.
The kitchen, bar, and dance floor are fully equipped. The owners are prepared to support the new owners, provide training, and hand over supplier contacts. The club-bar currently has a full staff, and the team is ready to remain under new ownership.
