On the Left Bank, a hotel-hostel is being sold for 19.8 million rubles (approximately $218,000 at current rates). It is located at 8 Zeleny Boulevard, near the G-Drive Arena. Six rooms are spread over two floors, with a total area of 195.1 square meters. Information about the sale appeared on the MLS listings website.
«Guests have the option of staying in single or multi-bed rooms. The hotel-hostel is fully equipped and does not require additional investment. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities (shower, toilet, refrigerator, microwave oven, toiletries). The hostel has a shared kitchen, living room, dining area, and washing machine,» the advertisement states.
According to Kontur.Focus, the hotel «Tuk-Tuk» is owned by Omsk-based individual entrepreneur Vyacheslav Glukhovich. In addition, he is the director of the company «Progress», which specializes in renting and managing own or leased real estate. The net loss in 2024 was 117 thousand rubles (approximately $1,300 at current rates). Also, Glukhovich is the director of the management company «Rakitinka».
As the hotel owner told NGS55.RU, the business is being sold to find the most profitable use for the premises. The hostel was opened two years ago.
«We are not ruling out any option. If we earn ourselves, that»s the best option. If tenants pay more than we earn, that«s the second option. If we sell and have somewhere to immediately invest the money, that»s the third option,« said Vyacheslav Glukhovich.
A week ago, it became known that in Omsk, a recreation base is being sold for 18 million rubles (approximately $198,000 at current rates).
