It is currently owned by Nikolai Nikiforov and managed by Vladimir Nikiforov. In 2024, «Kristall» generated revenue of 28.4 million rubles (about $316,000 at current rates) with a net profit of 5.9 million rubles (about $66,000). The hotel has 20 rooms, ranging from single rooms to apartments.
On the Strelka, near the cable-stayed bridge, a five-star hotel and a «cultural and wellness complex» are soon set to begin construction.
