Expert Denies Mass Business Exodus in Krasnoyarsk

There is no mass sale of businesses or departure of owners from the market in Krasnoyarsk, shared Nikita Chudinov, head of a business sales agency, on his Telegram channel.
«Recently, many media outlets have been actively picking up news that «businesses are being sold en masse» and «owners are urgently exiting the market.» In fact, the picture looks different,» writes Chudinov. «Many properties that are currently in the spotlight were sold two to three years ago — the information simply wasn«t announced openly.»
He does not see «mass activity from owners who are universally trying to sell their businesses.»
«The market is operating in a stable mode: some properties go up for sale, while other owners are not considering selling at all,» added Nikita Chudinov.
On the Avito website, at the time of writing, 785 listings for commercial real estate sales in Krasnoyarsk were published. At the end of January, for example, it became known that the CheburekMi chebureki chain and the Kupchesky business hotel are for sale. Also, since the end of last year, several establishments and shops in the city have closed or been reformatted, for example, the Ryba Pila chain and the L«Occitane French cosmetics boutique.
In Krasnoyarsk Krai in 2025, 2,431 companies closed, while 3,035 opened.
