EXEED Launches Software Update for EXLANTIX ET Crossover

EXEED presents a major software update for the innovative hybrid crossover EXEED EXLANTIX ET, which transforms the user experience and expands the car«s technological capabilities.

The car«s multimedia system has been enhanced for greater comfort. The radio now supports the RDS function, which is integrated with FM stations, and radio signal reception has been improved. The display shows the radio station name, frequency, and additional information if provided. Moreover, audio playback quality has been optimized, making listening more pleasant and clear.

Improvements in the car significantly enhance driving pleasure. The navigation system has become even more reliable: background operation is more stable. It is now possible to find electric charging stations near the destination, making car use more practical. The updated adaptive cruise control (ACC) system now has a limit of 160 km/h instead of 130 km/h. The icon for activating windshield defogging is now on the main interface—on the «desktop»—and can be activated with one tap.

Voice control has become more accurate, allowing the system to recognize commands without errors. The accuracy of translating the system«s voice response into Russian has been improved.

The car«s comfort systems have been expanded with new functions. It is now possible to disable driver fatigue monitoring using a special switch. Additionally, the customizable joystick button on the left side of the steering wheel can now be used to turn on steering wheel heating. Seat, steering wheel, and mirror memory has been improved: it now supports three individual modes for the driver and for the front passenger. Also added is an option to force-start the engine while driving at any speed when the traction battery charge is <80%. The blind spot monitoring system has been refined, increasing its reliability.

Safety systems have been enhanced: battery charging software has been optimized for better compatibility with EV charging stations in Russia and to protect the battery from damage.

Also added is a smooth transition between day and night screen modes, as well as improved logic for managing the air suspension with the implementation of a self-diagnosis algorithm. Already available via the mobile app: remote control of seat, steering wheel, mirror, and windshield heating. Moreover, energy recovery modes during braking have been refined to improve stability on slippery roads.

EXEED EXLANTIX ET is an innovative full-size crossover that combines elegance and functionality with impressive off-road capabilities. The hybrid powertrain REEV with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine and two electric motors with a total power of 340 kW provides an ideal balance of dynamics and off-road capability. The range is 1180 km.
