The corresponding orders signed by the head of the Ministry of Agriculture, Sergei Balykin, have already been posted on the legal information website of the regional government.

If in Novotroitsk such a regime was canceled, it has been extended for three months in Sorochinsky Municipal District, Buzuluksky and Novoorsky districts, and introduced in Severny and Perevolotsky districts, Kuvandyksky Municipal District, the closed administrative-territorial formation of Komarovsky and Yasnensky Municipal District. Control — as before, rests with the head of the veterinary department, Andrei Kordyukov.

Indeed, in Yasny, packs of stray dogs attacked children at least twice in a week. As reported by 56.RU, in the first case, an 8-year-old boy managed to run into the entrance, while in the second case, a 9-year-old schoolboy was bitten by dogs. And city residents have repeatedly complained about officials« dogs: now a criminal case has been initiated by the Investigative Committee of Russia.

Last year, animal rights activists attempted to challenge the possibility of introducing such an emergency situation regime through the court. Several hearings were held in the Orenburg Regional Court (56.RU broadcast one online, the second lasted more than 7 hours), animal lovers collected money and paid for the work of animal lawyers — Sergei Egorov and Svetlana Zibert. The matter was concluded on May 22 — the court allowed municipalities to introduce the emergency situation regime.
