Readers of NGS24.RU complained about a malfunction in the city transport app, making it impossible to track bus locations online since morning.

For city residents, this is especially relevant given the low temperatures in the mornings and evenings. As reported by NGS24.RU from the transport department, the failure did occur, but it has now been fixed.

City officials stated, «There were internet disruptions with the provider, likely a line break, and they promptly switched to another provider.»

Today, February 2, we reported on a massive outage at the internet provider «Igra Servis».

A reader reported, «The bot isn»t working, there«s no information on the website, and no internet. I don»t know how long it«s been; we woke up at 6:40 AM, and it was already down.» Complaints came from various districts of Krasnoyarsk.

Recall that Krasnoyarsk was found to be the city with the most expensive public transport ride. This conclusion was reached by our colleagues from NGS55.RU. In Omsk, from January 1, 2026, public transport fares increased once again. Instead of 38 rubles by card (approximately $0.42 at current rates), one trip at regulated tariffs now costs 40 rubles (about $0.45 at current rates), by cash — 47 rubles (instead of 45, about $0.52 at current rates). This is the second fare increase this year — previously prices were indexed from July 1, 2025 (then they increased by 3–5 rubles, or about $0.03–0.06 at current rates).
