Vladmorrybport appoints new CEO, replacing Alexander Yevdokimov

A change in leadership has occurred at one of the key port assets in the Far East—Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port (Vladmorrybport). Alexander Yevdokimov has stepped down as general director, and by decision of the board of directors, his position has been taken by Khachatur Martirosyan.
Information about the personnel changes was officially confirmed by the press service of the Vladmorrybport container terminal. They emphasized that the transfer of power went smoothly and did not affect the company«s operations.
We inform you that Martirosyan Khachatur Aykovich has begun performing the duties of general director at the port. All production and operational processes are carried out in normal mode. All contractual obligations are being fulfilled in full, and operational activities are stable and uninterrupted,
the press service said in a statement to the company«s clients and partners.
The container terminal also noted that the appointment of the new manager is part of a planned process and is related to the long-term development goals of the enterprise. According to representatives of Vladmorrybport, the management decision is aimed at modernizing infrastructure, improving service quality, and expanding opportunities for partners.
Alexander Klimentyevich Yevdokimov was born in 1964 and graduated from the Far Eastern Institute of Soviet Trade. In July 2024, he was appointed general director of Vladmorrybport, succeeding Alexander Shevchenko, who had headed the enterprise since 2008. For the year 2024, the port«s revenue grew by 51% and amounted to 7.3 billion rubles (approximately $73 million at current rates).
According to information from the Kontur.Focus service, Yevdokimov still owns 47.37% of Vladmorrybport shares and is connected to the activities of more than 20 companies in the fields of fish trading, logistics, real estate, and development in the Primorsky and Kamchatka territories, Moscow, and other regions of Russia. He previously headed Amur Agro Holding, which belongs to the son of the Primorye governor Nikita Kozhemyako.
Martirosyan Khachatur Aykovich, who replaced him as head of the container terminal, is registered as an individual entrepreneur. According to Kontur.Focus data, his main activity is listed as renting and managing own or leased real estate.
Furthermore, Martirosyan is the general director of a tea and coffee production company, EKHA LLC, and was previously a founder of a company providing security system services, Shipgard LLC.
We previously wrote that the former governor of Primorsky Krai, Sergei Darkin, left the board of directors of Vladmorrybport. His place was taken by his daughter Anna Khmoruk.
