Yakut murder suspect accused ex of pedophilia, nearly stoned daughter
Alexandra Sh. is the suspect in the case involving her son«s murder and other allegations.
Yakut woman Alexandra Sh., suspected of murdering her 5-year-old son in Moscow, accused her husband in 2024 of pedophilia, alleging that he had been abusing her daughter for five years. The man is now in a pre-trial detention center, and the girl has sought 40 million rubles (about $400,000 at current rates) in compensation. This is reported in the Telegram channel of the «ChP» program on NTV television.
The body of the five-year-old boy was found in an apartment on Bratyevskaya Street in Moscow. According to preliminary data from the capital«s prosecutor»s office, he was drowned by his own mother. As reported by the Telegram channel Baza, the child«s mother is 46-year-old native of Yakutia Alexandra Sh. She told investigators that in the morning she went to church and then decided to kill her son so that »he would go to heaven.« To do this, she filled the bathtub with water, brought the child there, put a rope (according to other sources, a belt) around his neck and strangled him until the boy stopped showing signs of life. After that, the body was left in the bathtub.
A correspondent from the television channel asked her if she had noticed that something was happening with her daughter, to which the Yakut woman blamed the school for inattention.
«Why were there psychologists in schools and no one noticed? They sent her to a special school for poor performance, although the problem was different: daily violence,» she said in an interview.
The girl herself stated in an interview that she would spend the 40 million rubles (approximately $400,000 at current rates) compensation on buying an apartment in Moscow and education. The Telegram channel Baza reported, citing family acquaintances, that Alexandra had previously almost stoned the girl to death during an argument after some religious tour in Abkhazia.
But that«s not all, as reported by the Telegram channel »ChP.NTV«, the woman accused her ex-husband»s elder son of beating her, but cameras installed at the scene recorded Alexandra inflicting injuries on herself. According to information from the Telegram channel Baza, she hit herself with a hammer.
