Ryazan Resident Improving After Gas Explosion in Borki

A Ryazan resident who was injured in a gas explosion in the Borki microdistrict is recovering. YA62.RU was informed of this by the press service of the regional Ministry of Health five days after the incident — on January 26.
«The patient»s condition shows stable positive dynamics. He has been transferred to a ward,« clarified the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ryazan Oblast.
38-year-old Roman, the owner of the collapsed house, according to neighbors, crawled out himself from under the concrete blocks, and complained of pain in his arm and spine. On the same day, the man was in serious condition and was hospitalized at the Ryazan Regional Clinical Hospital.
«He couldn»t move, was standing naked, in just his underwear, we put felt boots on him, put on a jacket, and wrapped him in two blankets,« recalls neighbor Alexey Sidorov.
According to the Investigative Committee, the two-story residential house collapsed after an explosion caused by a household gas leak. The Moscow Interdistrict Investigative Department of Ryazan is conducting a procedural check.
