A busy day for the prosecutor«s office and Investigative Committee: in addition to the criminal case initiated after the death of a miner at the Gaysky Mining and Processing Plant, the same followed after a minibus burned to ashes in Orsk. The article is »Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements« (Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Investigators are questioning witnesses as part of the probe into the minibus fire incident.

As reported by 56.RU, this happened today in the first half of the day on Mira Avenue near Komsomolskaya Square. The burned vehicle is a Peugeot; passengers, noticing smoke from under the hood, managed to run out of the cabin along with the driver.

No one was injured, but someone will still have to answer: investigators are interviewing witnesses, and the investigation of the criminal case is under the control of the prosecutor«s office after the instruction from the head of the supervisory agency, Ruslan Medvedev.
