Bus Crashes into Stop at Rostov Officers' House

A passenger bus collided with a bus stop in central Rostov-on-Don. Images and videos from the incident have surfaced on social media.

Information about the incident came from an eyewitness who also provided photos from the accident scene.

The accident occurred at a bus stop located at the intersection of Budyonnovsky Prospekt and Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, in close proximity to the Officers« House.

According to preliminary data, the incident involved a bus on route No. 27 from the city center towards Suvorovsky.

A video recording showing the aftermath of the accident was published on the Telegram channel «Tyutina».

In a comment on the publication, one user wrote: «They were chasing and knocked down the stop at the Officers» House.«

The Main Directorate of the State Traffic Inspectorate (GIBDD) for the Rostov Region has not yet commented on the incident.

It is unknown whether the accident led to any fatalities or injuries.

Recall that several weeks earlier, a high-profile incident involving public transport occurred in Rostov: at that time, a video widely circulated online showed a race between buses on routes No. 7 and 33 on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street.
