Berkut Tour Company Linked to Deadly Bus Accident in Primorye

The bus owned by Primoavtotrans, which was damaged in the accident in the Khasansky district with a truck, was carrying tourists from the Berkut company, the regional prosecutor«s office confirmed to VLADIVOSTOK1.RU. How many of the 14 passengers (or 19 by other accounts) specifically booked tours with them is unknown — the company did not answer calls at the time of publication.
It is presumed that among the victims were Berkut tourists, based on information from a source close to the situation, but how many and whether they are among the hospitalized is unclear. In total, 7 people were injured in the accident, 5 of whom remain in serious condition at the Tysyachkoy Hospital in Vladivostok, and 2 at the Khasan Central Hospital. Three more died at the scene.
