Voronezh's Dalyne Sady faces power outage again during snowstorm

In Voronezh, residents of dozens of horticultural non-profit partnerships (SNTs) in the area, commonly known as Dalyne and Blizhnie Sady (Far and Near Gardens), are without power again. Meanwhile, the city is experiencing heavy snowfall today, with temperatures expected to drop to -30°C (-22°F) in the coming days.
Blizhnie and Dalyne Sady in Voronezh is a large area between the main part of the Sovetsky District and the Shilovo microdistrict. It is home to dozens of horticultural non-profit partnerships (SNTs): «Zheleznodorozhnik», «Put Michurina», «Sadovod-Lyubitel», «Kirovets», «Radist»… There are 25 in total, with over nine thousand plots.
We previously detailed in our report why people have to go without power for days. It should be noted that in these homes, the lack of electricity also means no water or heating, because modern gas boilers cannot operate without power.
«We»re without power again, and we don«t know when it will be restored. Most likely, we»ll have to leave for the city again, because there«s no information on when it will come back on. Probably, they won»t turn it on while the snow is falling like this, and we«ve already lost hope,» residents of the SNTs told Voronezh1.ru.
After a massive outage in early January, no repair work has been carried out in the settlement, according to residents. Currently, people have been without power for about an hour and a half. But it seems they will have to spend more than one day without electricity.
Meanwhile, both Governor Gusev and Mayor Petrin stated yesterday that all emergency services should be prepared to deal with the aftermath of snowfalls in the city. Unfortunately, it seems this does not apply to Dalyne Sady, where thousands of residents have been left to fend for themselves.
