Threat canceled! UAV danger called off in Stavropol region

On the morning of January 26, the UAV threat alert in the Stavropol region was canceled after lasting about 3 hours. There were no reports of downed drones or casualties.
The region«s governor, Vladimir Vladimirov, warned in his Telegram channel about the imposition of restrictions at 04:10 on January 26. Residents were asked to take shelter in a room with load-bearing walls and away from windows. It was important to observe safety measures and monitor incoming reports.
The alert was canceled a few hours later at 07:04, and the restrictions lasted about 3 hours. As of now, there is no information about drones downed in the Stavropol region. However, other regions were mentioned in the Russian Defense Ministry«s report. From 23:00 on December 25 to 07:00 on January 26, 40 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed over various regions of the country.
Recall that on January 14, UAVs attempted to attack Nevinnomyssk. Air defense systems were activated against them. As a result of the falling drones, a warehouse on the outskirts of the city and several parked cars caught fire. As Mayor Mikhail Minenkov reported, one of the drones crashed near a residential building on Bauman Street. Residents of nearby buildings were evacuated for safety reasons, and special services began disposing of the wreckage, which was successfully completed by midday.
