Residents of ground-floor and corner apartments in multi-story buildings in Kurgan reported cool radiators on a hotline for heating issues, which was held by Deputy Mayor and Director of the Department of Housing and Utilities Alexander Medvedev, the press service of the Kurgan administration reports.

About 10 calls were received during the hotline«s hour of operation. A resident of building No. 3 on Yugova Street said that some rooms had become cooler with the onset of frost. The owner of a corner apartment in the building at 67 Konstitutsiya Avenue complained that one radiator was hot and the other was warm.

A resident of a corner apartment in building No. 80 on Proletarskaya Street has repeatedly submitted requests about cold radiators to the Partner management company, but the problem remains unresolved. The Housing Management utility company does not respond to requests from the owners of building No. 88 on Gogol Street. This year, the radiators in the entrance are cold. The residents asked to restore heating in the entrance and check the parameters of the heat carrier supplied to the building. A homeowner in one of the apartments at 2 Dekabristov Street also complained about low heat carrier parameters.

During the frosts, it became cool in a corner apartment in building No. 40 on Argentovskogo Street. Alexander Medvedev told the caller that the issue would be taken under control and addressed with the Chistiy Kvartal management company. He also recommended that residents insulate the end wall of the building by holding a general meeting initiated by the homeowners.

All appeals, Alexander Medvedev noted, will be addressed by specialists from the Department of Housing and Utilities together with the management companies and the «Heating Networks».

Earlier, 45.RU reported that in a corner apartment in building No. 11 on Tovarnaya Street, radiators are cold in winter.
