Yevgeny Bryansky has been working at the gold mining company Polyus at the Olympiadinsky mining and processing plant for over 15 years. During this time, work has become part of his life, where his professional path is closely intertwined with his family history.

In 2008, Yevgeny joined Polyus on the recommendation of acquaintances. Over the years in gold mining, besides a high salary and comfortable living conditions, work has given him a sense of stability. He started his path in the repair group as a fourth-grade electrician for equipment repair. Later, he moved to operational staff and received a grade increase. Yevgeny also completed training at a university — the company helped him develop professionally and move forward.

Now, Yevgeny is responsible for keeping equipment in working order, identifying and eliminating malfunctions, as well as authorizing teams to work with electrical installations.

— The work requires high concentration and responsibility, but I«m used to this pace. In my free time, I try to keep myself in good shape and regularly visit the gym, says Yevgeny.
His main support and source of strength is his family. His wife«s name is Oksana. Together, they are raising three sons: Ivan — 11 years old, Alexey — 9 years old, and Artem, who is only two years old.
— Our family is large and friendly, and time spent together is a special value for us. In summer, during vacation, we go fishing, spend days in nature, away from the hustle and bustle. In winter, we go skiing and walk in the park. Such simple but warm moments help to recharge and return to workdays with renewed strength.
— When there is stability in life, you can make plans and bring them to life. This year, for example, we were able to buy a house with a plot of land. This important step for our large family was made possible in part due to a decent salary that gives confidence for the future.
