Rapper Vacio explains spring hospitalization and music video prank

Rapper Vacio (real name Nikolai Vasilyev), who participated in the «naked party» and fled the Russian military enlistment office, admitted that he was hospitalized in intensive care back in spring 2025. The musician also told how it really happened and agreed with the accusations against him — he did indeed play a bit with the feelings of his fans.

Recall that on October 8, social media posts from the musician«s acquaintances reported that he fell from the third-floor level in Paris and was now in intensive care. His girlfriend announced a fundraiser for treatment and asked anyone willing to write to her in private messages.

Later, other acquaintances of the rapper said that Vacio was fine, and the sad events had occurred back in March of this year. Finally, the performer himself made contact. Apparently, the leak of information about his hospitalization was part of the promotion for the musician«s new music video.

Vacio also said that the fall happened back in spring, but he miraculously survived and decided to make a music video about it. It was published after numerous media reports about the performer«s injury. Due to the abundance of profanity in Vacio»s original comment, MSK1.RU is publishing his words adjusted to the norms of literary Russian language.

“I didn«t play with anyone»s feelings. Well, to be precise, I played a little bit, okay, I did. But the thing is, I really crashed,” Vacio said. “Really. It was in spring, in the same weather. I really fell and flew. Everything happened as it did. I really crashed because I«m a punk who constantly takes risks.”

“I made a video based on this and decided to call myself by a new name because the old me is really dead,” the rapper added. “It«s not some joke that I made up from the start. I really fell and really miraculously survived. I wouldn»t have been able to call an ambulance. I couldn«t have bought that.”

The musician also claims that he didn«t want to deceive anyone and didn»t take a penny from his fans who responded to the call for help.

“If I wanted to deceive someone, I would have attached a link to a bank, a link to a crypto wallet or something else,” Vacio said. “I specifically wrote, write in DM (direct messages or private messages. — Ed.«s note). I swear on my heart, I have nothing to lie about here. My girlfriend didn»t respond to any of the people who tried to help. So it«s only art. Be more careful, because I live very carelessly. I just move hard. That»s it. Kisses to all. Listen to my new music.”

Nikolai Vasilyev is known for performing at Anastasia Ivleeva«s »naked party« wearing only a sock covering his groin. For this, he was arrested for 15 days under the article on petty hooliganism and fined 200,000 rubles (approximately $2,000 at current rates) for propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations.
