New longevity center in Primorye to offer VR psychotherapy and exoskeletons

Pride Business Group, a resident of the free port of Vladivostok (FPV), plans to open a longevity center called NovaRise in the village of Surazhevka. The project will require investments of over 3 billion rubles (approximately $30 million at current rates), which will create 259 jobs, according to the press service of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV).
The complex will occupy 13,800 square meters on a 32,800 square meter plot. Programs are planned to include modern medical technologies, digital tools, and natural resources. Visitors will be able to undergo diagnosis, restorative treatment courses, psychotherapy, physical rehabilitation, spa procedures, fitness classes, receive quality nutrition, as well as cosmetic and plastic surgery services. The complex is designed for 214 rooms, and programs will last from 10 days.
According to KRDV, NovaRise is aimed at patients after injuries and surgeries, people in need of psychological support, corporate clients, athletes, and those leading a healthy lifestyle. Robotic exoskeletons, VR simulators, neurofeedback technologies, and VR psychotherapy will be used here, along with traditional rehabilitation methods. The complex is scheduled to be commissioned by the end of 2027.
According to Kontur Focus, Pride Business Group was registered in Vladivostok on June 25, 2025. Its main activity is real estate management. The company«s general director and founder is Yulia Semenyutina. She is also the founder of Light Bar LLC, registered at 12th Street, 8, in Vladivostok, where the Aurora park-hotel is located.
