Dumpling production facility in Yekaterinburg sealed over rusty fridge

Bailiffs in Yekaterinburg have halted all activities at a dumpling production workshop following a court order.
On Industria Street in the Uralmash district, bailiffs sealed a preparation workshop that was producing dumplings.
The sealing of the workshop was carried out after inspectors found multiple sanitary violations.
The basis for suspending operations was a whole series of gross violations:
- the workshop lacked a handwashing sink with hot and cold water supply, and there were no necessary hygiene products;
- loading and unloading of raw materials was done through the only entrance, and there was insufficient space for storing packaging — new containers were stored together with used ones;
- in the production and utility rooms, the interior finish was damaged, and in the meat workshop, a rusty refrigeration cabinet was found.
“The debtor was served with a demand to suspend operations. To prevent threats to life and health, the enterprise«s activity has been suspended, and the equipment sealed,” the Ural Federal Bailiff Service for Sverdlovsk Region reported.
The owners were explained that resuming work without a court decision would entail administrative responsibility.
Recall that earlier in Yekaterinburg, the firm “Dessertkom+” was closed, which supplied products for a café where a mass poisoning of visitors was recorded.
