Investigative authorities are searching for 9-year-old Pavel Tifitulin, according to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) for the region. The child left home around 2 p.m. and has not returned yet.
Pavel left from the premises of house 38A on Krasnoselsky Highway. According to available information, the boy intended to go sledding.

Identifying features of Pavel Tifitulin:

  • Date of birth: January 22, 2017.
  • Appearance: slender build, height approximately 122-124 cm (about 4 feet to 4 feet 1 inch).
  • Clothing: long black jacket with red inserts (slightly above the knees), dark blue pants with camouflage inserts on the knees, black hat, beige scarf.
  • Carrying: black backpack.
