Yakut blogger Vyacheslav Romanov, under the pseudonym Panda Sakha, showed how to make fish tea at -50°C (-58°F). He had recorded such a video before, but now the editing of the clip has significantly improved. Vyacheslav posted the video of the fish tea cooking process on his Instagram (an extremist organization, activities banned in Russia).

At the beginning of the clip, Romanov places a block of ice into a cauldron outdoors and chops it into small pieces with a knife. Then he places several fish on top of them. After that, he stokes the fire under the cauldron. Next, the blogger shows how the steam from the cooking rises beautifully in slow motion.

Then Romanov cleans a piece of fish, making a hole in it, and puts it back into the cauldron. Next, he salts the dish and, using a Ytyk (a Yakut tool for whipping cream, — Ed.) stirs the contents. All this is also shown beautifully in slow motion. At the end, the blogger tastes a ready piece from the broth and ladles a cup of fish tea from the cauldron. He drinks and traditionally looks at the Sun.

Previously, Romanov had already recorded a video cooking fish tea, but at that time the outdoor temperature was -45°C (-49°F), and the editing was less varied.

In the comments, people are perplexed, like, how can one eat this? Many users reacted to the video by sending emojis of vomiting and indigestion. However, connoisseurs of the dish respond that fish tea is a delicacy. Also, commenters appreciated the video shooting, calling the sounds in the clip very tasty and pleasant.
