After a year and a half since the scandal began and lengthy court battles, singer Larisa Dolina, albeit in absentia, but handed over the keys to the five-room apartment in Moscow«s Khamovniki district to the new owner, Polina Lurie.

Everything about the key handover for the apartment in Khamovniki is covered in one video.

«The apartment was in good condition, everything was cleaned and tidy. There are no complaints,» the lawyer shared.

After eviction, some of Dolina«s furniture remained in the apartment, but it apparently does not suit the new owner.

«We will do renovation throughout the entire apartment, but we haven»t started yet. Polina really wants to make it better for her children and herself,« Sviridenko explained to MSK1.RU.

When asked whether single mother Polina Lurie had already settled into the new home, the lawyer did not respond.

Recall that the key handover took place on Monday, January 19, in the presence of bailiffs. However, the People«s Artist did not personally participate in the process — media reported that the singer was on vacation in the United Arab Emirates at the time.

The artist sold her apartment for 112 million rubles (approximately $1.2 million at current rates), but then tried to annul the deal, claiming she was acting under the influence of fraudsters. Initially, the courts sided with Dolina, leaving Lurie without both housing and money.

The case reached the Supreme Court, which sided with the buyer. The final decision was issued by the Moscow City Court on December 25 — to evict the singer. After that, the singer«s belongings began to be removed from the apartment under the supervision of her daughter.

The eviction itself was not without problems — it was postponed several times from January 5 to January 19. Lurie«s side demanded Dolina»s personal presence, but this never happened.

«We have been ready to hand over the apartment to them since January 5. Their lawyer has refused twice already and said they would wait until the end of January,» stated Maria Pukhova, the singer«s defender, in a conversation with MSK1.RU at the time.

Even after the apartment transfer, the drama surrounding the People«s Artist does not subside: she will have to get rid of a homemade pond in her elite country house and likely pay two million rubles (approximately $22,000 at current rates) in damages. All matters related to the housing scandal involving Larisa Dolina are compiled in a separate story.
