The drunk migrant coveted the mobile phone of a 15-year-old Buzuluk girl returning from school — he followed her, seized the moment, and cornered her near house No. 1 on Kolkhozny Lane. Then it got worse: the Uzbek man kneed the schoolgirl in the stomach, bit her hand, grabbed her hair, and pushed her against a pole. He snatched the phone, but fortunately, random witnesses — a woman and her daughter — saw the whole scene. They raised a commotion, started to chase the man away, and he had no choice but to flee — dropping the phone in the process.
He didn«t get far: the migrant was detained and sent to a pre-trial detention center — the investigation requested a preventive measure in the form of custody.
He faces up to 7 years in prison: the press services of the Investigative Committee of Russia (SKR) and the prosecutor«s office report that the case has already been transferred to court.
