A resident of Krasnoyarsk was taken into custody directly from a visit — all because of a tattoo on his shoulder. The ruling was issued on January 16 by the Leninsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk.
The story is almost anecdotal. On January 9, the man visited an acquaintance, used the shower, came out of the bathroom without a T-shirt — and someone present immediately called the police. On the guest«s shoulder, they noticed a swastika, an imperial eagle, and epaulets of a Wehrmacht soldier.
Several days later, the Leninsky District Court found the Krasnoyarsk resident guilty of publicly displaying Nazi symbols. The man fully admitted his guilt — it«s hard to argue with the obvious.
The judge took into account that the arrested man has children and health problems, but this did not save him from the maximum penalty for such an article — 10 days in a detention center.
By the way, the case materials indicate that the man had previously been subject to criminal liability. For what — the court does not specify.
In the summer of 2025, we already reported on a similar case. In Krasnoyarsk, a 39-year-old man was sentenced to one year and three months of corrective labor for tattoos on his hands.
The authorities note that the Krasnoyarsk resident had previously received an administrative penalty for displaying Nazi symbols. In April of this year, he again «came into the view» of law enforcement when he tattooed on the outer sides of his hands symbols banned in Russia: a swastika and eight-pointed stars.
