Court Detains Second Suspect in Novosibirsk Club Shooting

The Nebar is known for its scandalous parties with elements of debauchery
The court has sent another participant in the shooting at the Nebar club into custody. This was reported on January 24 by NGS, citing the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Novosibirsk Region.
According to the agency, the arrested man is 37 years old. An NGS source said it is Ruslan Parov.
The day before, NGS reported that the court had arrested 29-year-old criminal authority Gennady Zavadsky, nicknamed Gosha — it is believed that he and Ruslan Parov were relaxing in the same company that night. A criminal case on hooliganism with the use of weapons (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code) has been initiated against both suspects. Law enforcement officers are searching for other participants in the conflict.
«Further operational-search measures and investigative actions are being conducted aimed at establishing other circumstances and persons involved in the unlawful act,» police added.
The conflict occurred near the Nebar on November 22. That day, Gennady Zavadsky, Ruslan Parov, and Vladimir Medvedev were in the club. It was between them that a fight broke out, which ended with shooting from a traumatic weapon.
The administration of the Nebar claimed that the establishment«s security quickly reacted to the brawl and escorted the conflicting parties outside, where the shooting took place.
