In the Khvalynsk district of Saratov Oblast, a Balakovo resident who did not pay a fine from a traffic camera had his arm broken. Details of the crime were provided by the press service of the regional police department.
It turned out that the victim repeatedly used the services of his friend from the village of Alexeyevka, asking for rides for errands. During one such trip, the driver, knowing that a camera was installed ahead, asked his Balakovo passenger to fasten his seatbelt, but he ignored the request. Later, the fine for not wearing a seatbelt came to the driver of the car, and he paid it.
When the victim once again turned to his acquaintance for a ride, the driver«s 18-year-old son, who was present during the conversation, reminded him of the fine. The young man offered to compensate for the cost of the fine, and if he refused, then not to ask them for help anymore. The Balakovo resident told him that he did not consider himself guilty and demanded that the guy not interfere in »adult« matters.
His answer angered the young man. He grabbed a shovel handle in the yard and struck the father«s shameless friend several times. After suffering a broken arm, the victim contacted the police. A case has been initiated against the attacker for causing moderate harm to health using an item as a weapon. He faces up to five years in prison.
