Yakutian Platform Owes 734,000 Rubles to Indigenous Theater

The management of the Yakutian app Most is not paying off a debt of 734,000 rubles (about $7,700 at current rates) to the Theater of Indigenous Minorities of the North (KMNS) for sold tickets. The platform is not making contact. This was reported to a 14.RU correspondent by Vasily Sleptsov, director of the KMNS Theater.
Initially, the contract was drawn up with Most Business LLC. In September 2025, the company notified the theater that the ticket sales agent services would now be provided by Most Plus LLC. The document was signed by Prokopy Filippov and is in the possession of the 14.RU editorial board.
The State Theater of Indigenous Minorities of the North was established in July 2014. Its director is Vasily Sleptsov, and its founder is the republic’s Ministry of Culture. The theater troupe consists of 30 people. Tickets can be purchased through the Most platform. It was created in August 2022; through the app, Yakutians can also buy tickets to movies and concerts, order food, or watch Yakut films and series. According to the Kontur.Focus portal, the director and founder of Most Plus LLC is Yu Amar. For 2024, the company’s revenue was 71,000 rubles (about $747), and net profit was 55,000 rubles (about $579). Most Business LLC is managed and founded by Prokopy Filippov in June 2023. For 2024, the company’s revenue was estimated at 51.2 million rubles (about $538,900 at current rates), but the loss amounted to 57.6 million rubles (about $606,300 at current rates).
«We signed a contract to sell tickets in September 2025. At the same time, under the terms, we could not sell them elsewhere in parallel, otherwise the percentage would have increased. We started working, and at first everything went well, we were paid every week with a 3% deduction going to the company,» said Vasily Sleptsov.
According to the theater director, over time the situation worsened and peaked after the start of ticket sales for a children’s performance that took place on 2, 3, and 4 January 2026. For the show, the theater rented a space at the Children’s Art School in the 203rd microdistrict.
«In December, we could no longer get through to the management and accounting department. They [the platform] assign a manager to each partner; at first he replied to us, then he stopped. We even went to their legal address, but it was empty,» says Vasily.
According to him, as of December, the platform’s debt to the theater stood at 400,000 rubles (about $4,200 at current rates). To resolve the conflict, the theater turned to the Ministry of Culture of Yakutia and the financial center that serves the region’s cultural institutions, which set a deadline for payment of the debt — 20 January.
«Closer to 20 January, we started reminding them that the deadline was approaching; they kept putting us off with promises. Now the debt is 734,000 rubles (about $7,700 at current rates); we no longer sell tickets through them. A lot depends on this money; for example, we have obligations to direct earned funds to the wage fund, so we failed to meet our obligations to our employees. We also have to pay outside participants of the performance [bloggers and lessors]. We ourselves have started going into debt,» said the director.
According to Sleptsov, a lawyer from the Ministry of Culture will help draft a claim letter giving the Most platform one month to repay the debt. If this does not happen, a lawsuit will be filed.
At the time of publication, a 14.RU correspondent was unable to contact the platform’s management and manager; an employee on the hotline refused to comment. The editorial board sent an inquiry to the republic’s Ministry of Culture for clarification.
Update: KMNS Theater director Vasily Sleptsov told a 14.RU correspondent that representatives of Most sent a letter to the theater and acknowledged the delay and took responsibility for failing to meet the agreed deadlines for fund withdrawal. The platform plans to repay the debt within three months.
