A 1994 Mitsubishi Delica is for sale in Novosibirsk for 1,890,000 rubles (approx. $18,900 at current rates). The owner has seriously worked on the car, justifying the price despite its age.

The 1994 Mitsubishi Delica is a vehicle that combines comfort, spaciousness, and off-road capabilities. Under the hood is a 2.8-liter diesel engine with 125 horsepower. Of course, it has four-wheel drive and an automatic transmission. The mileage, apparently, is accounted for after restoration: 90,000 kilometers are claimed.

«A lively and peppy Delica for a good owner! This car is one of a kind! Such a one has never belonged to anyone. Photos show the car before and after body repair; the vehicle was restored in three stages: engine, body, electrical system,» the ad says.

The Delica traces its history back to the late 1960s, when Mitsubishi created a workhorse and reliable vehicle that could serve as both a cargo van and a passenger minivan. Over time, Delica became synonymous with versatile transport for any task. In 1994, the fourth generation was released, where the design became modern: improved suspension, longer wheelbase, and a more comfortable interior. It was with this generation that Delica earned its reputation as a compact yet highly capable vehicle for travel and outdoor activities.

The 1994 Delica combines features of several classes: the space of a minivan, the off-road capability of an SUV, and the practicality of a true «home on wheels.» Many versions were equipped with four-wheel drive (4WD), allowing it to confidently tackle off-road terrain and winter roads. Outside Japan, the Delica gained cult status among travel enthusiasts.

The car is easily adaptable: owners install lift kits, snorkels, roof racks, and camping kits.
