Film-star 1974 Nissan Cedric for sale in Vladivostok

A 1974 Nissan Cedric has been put up for sale in Vladivostok. The car has an impressive mileage of 500,000 kilometers (about 310,700 miles), but it has retained almost its original appearance, and the owner in the ad on Drom.ru, without modesty, calls it the only specimen in such condition in Russia.
The Nissan Cedric is a business-class car that was produced from 1960 to 2004. The model was developed for comfortable rides and as a main competitor to the Prince Skyline and Gloria models, and a distinctive feature of the car is the hood ornament, which the Japanese made, inspired by models from the American car company Lincoln.
The car for sale belongs to the third generation, models of which were produced from 1971 to 1975. Outside Japan, the car was called Datsun 200C, 220C, 240C, and 260C, and models with diesel engines were typically exported.
Due to its appearance and emphasis on comfortable rides, the car quickly established itself as an excellent option for taxi work, and it was exported to other countries with the same positioning. Thanks to this, the model became cult, as it repeatedly appeared in Asian films and television dramas as either a taxi or a police car. The car can also be spotted in the Soviet film «Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears» (12+).
The condition of the interior is not clear, as it is visible only in one photo, and even then partially, but the seller indicates that the car has undergone a restyling, has been stored only in a garage, and has had only two owners, including the current one.
The car cannot boast impressive specifications and has a power of 100 horsepower. The owner also honestly writes: this is a weekend car, more suitable for pleasure than for practical use, but, obviously, due to its appearance, it costs a lot — 900,000 rubles (approximately $9,000 at current rates).
On January 18, we wrote that in Artem (near Vladivostok), a rare Japanese limousine is for sale, a 1979 Nissan President. For the model, which has been discontinued but is well-preserved today, the owner is asking 860,002 rubles (approximately $8,600 at current rates).
