Recall that a resident of the Kirovsky district contacted the V1.RU editorial office, who suffered an attack by stray dogs near house No. 5 on Rosa Luxemburg Street.

«A pack of 5–6 dogs settled by the heating pipes. There are many complaints from residents. The dogs are aggressive. The pack appeared about 2–3 months ago,» said the victim. «At one point, the whole pack charged at me. They barked right at me while I was walking, and one of the dogs suddenly bit me from behind. Okay, I«m an adult, but we have a gymnasium nearby, kindergartens, with small children—what if they attack them?»

Local residents claimed they appealed to the municipal budget institution «Severnoye» (MBU «Severnoye») to capture the dogs, but were told there was a queue. The V1.RU correspondent could not reach MBU «Severnoye», and the editorial office sent a request to the city administration.

After V1.RU«s publication, the investigative department for the Kirovsky district of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (SK RF) for the Volgograd region took note—a procedural check was organized. The affected resident of the Kirovsky district reported that investigators contacted him and have already scheduled a meeting.
