Trolleybus Service Restored in Stavropol

Today, residents and visitors of the regional capital faced inconveniences as the movement of some trolleybuses was temporarily restricted in the city. However, the transport later resumed service and is now carrying passengers.
Recall that on Kulakov Avenue, a short circuit occurred in the contact network, leading to temporary restrictions on trolleybus routes No. 7 and 9. As reported by the Ministry of Roads of Stavropol Krai, specialists were on site conducting restoration work. Trolleybuses did not operate on the affected section.
After the repairs were completed, service was restored. Passengers can once again use public transport.
Meanwhile, in Pyatigorsk, from the night of January 24 to 25, traffic through the railway crossing at 28 km PK 7 (Piketny Lane) will be closed due to repair work. As reported by the head of the resort city, Dmitry Voroshilov, the restrictions will start at 8:00 PM on Friday and last until 8:00 AM on Saturday. The work is being carried out by JSC Russian Railways, specifically choosing nighttime on the weekend to minimize inconveniences for residents.
