Developer L1, together with the Park Mall marketplace, has launched the «Cashback for the New Resident» program. It allows you to get back part of the money spent on buying a home in the form of bonuses for furnishing the interior.

From January 14 to January 31, 2026, buyers of apartments from L1 can receive up to 1% of their price in bonuses on Park Mall. For example, when purchasing a studio for 4 million rubles (approximately $44,400 at current rates), up to 40,000 rubles (approximately $440) is returned, and for a three-room apartment costing 20 million rubles (approximately $222,200 at current rates), the cashback amount reaches 200,000 rubles (approximately $2,200).

The cashback program is available for both under-construction and completed residential complexes from developer L1.

To participate in the promotion, you must make an initial payment of at least 25% of the housing cost. The remaining amount can be paid using mortgage programs, maternity capital, trade-in, or long-term installment plans.

Completed comfort-class complexes like «Shekspir» offer developed infrastructure and are located near park areas.

The received bonuses are valid for one year from the date of accrual. They can cover up to half the cost of home goods presented on the Park Mall marketplace.

A wide range of goods necessary for furnishing a new apartment is available for bonuses:

Kitchen sets for organizing functional space.
Household appliances, including washing machines, dishwashers, cooktops, and refrigerators.
Dining sets for family meals.
Climate control equipment for maintaining comfortable temperature and humidity.
Textiles, decor, and aromatic diffusers for creating a cozy atmosphere.

The program is valid both for properties under construction and for the developer«s completed residential complexes.
