Urgent apartment search for three disabled Perm youths

Wards of the Dedmorozim fund with disabilities are urgently searching for a rental apartment — three young Perm residents will soon be left without a roof over their heads. The housing is needed for the guys to learn to be independent under the supervision of the fund«s assistants.
23-year-old Ilya, 19-year-old Vlad, and 20-year-old Dima are graduates of children«s homes and boarding schools. Each Perm resident has a disability: Ilya has intellectual disabilities, Vlad has cerebral palsy, and Dima has Down syndrome. The guys have come under the care of the Dedmorozim fund and, together with assistants, are learning independence: managing their daily lives, cooking, going to shops, and generally getting around the city. They attend a correctional school, an inclusive workshop, theater, swimming pool, and even go to the seaside.
And now the guys need a new apartment because the lease on the current one expires on February 28. Dedmorozim is looking for a three- to five-room apartment or house with a ramp or elevator for floors above the first within the city limits, with developed infrastructure and convenient transport access.
«Apartments of the future» are ordinary apartments where graduates of boarding schools learn to be independent under the supervision of assistants. They receive education, get on the waiting list for housing, regain their autonomy, and find jobs — becoming as independent as possible in each case.
If you rent out suitable housing or know someone who does, write to the personal messages of the official Dedmorozim group on VKontakte or call the hotline at 8 (342) 270-08-70.
Earlier, the director of the Dedmorozim fund spoke with viewers after the film «Here Was Yura» (18+) starring Konstantin Khabensky — he plays a character with intellectual disabilities.
