Over 300 Kronstadt Homes Lose Heating and Hot Water
Due to an accident at the Citadel boiler house in Kronstadt, heating and hot water supply have been cut off in over 300 residential buildings. Heat supply is planned to be restored by 4:00 PM on January 30.

Over 300 residential buildings in Kronstadt were left without heating and hot water on January 30 after an emergency shutdown of equipment at the Citadel boiler house.
The head of the Kronstadt District administration, Andrey Kononov, reported that the boiler equipment failed due to technical faults in the networks of the company Oboronenergo.
Power supply to the boiler house has already been restored. All emergency services have been put on round-the-clock operation, and specialists are working to resume the supply of heating and hot water.
Power engineers of JSC TEC SPb are restoring the boiler house«s operation mode and temporarily switching consumers to alternative heat supply sources. Heating is expected to return to apartments by 4:00 PM on January 30, but the timeline for restoring hot water supply has not yet been determined.
